BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Customer Service in Fitchburg, MA 01420

Role: Customer Service
Location: Fitchburg, MA 01420
Duration: 06 Months

Skills:
Microsoft Office, Required | Good telephone skills, courteous and professional, Required

Description:
Send Initial Wait list letters to new referrals.
Makes up temporary folders for new referrals keeps them in file cabinet.
Keeps track of waitlist release dates and send 60 day wait list letters informing clients of upcoming release dates. Transfers cases to assigned counselors on release dates.
Takes calls when client is interested in services and forwards case to Unit Supervisor for assignment of counselor. process will change in near future
May be asked to participate in Area Office staff meetings conducted by Area Director Administrator V.
Provides clerical support to counselors answers telephones and greets clients on a rotating basis with other
Clerical staff.
Process case closures checks for closure dates on MRCIS pulls index cards records closures on worksheets for monthly reporting organizes case files and makes of closure folder and files case closures into closed case file cabinets.
