Overview
We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Manager to support and grow Rebuy’s strategic sales objectives and performance. The major focus of this role is to effectively drive a culture of excellence, integrity, and optimism while delivering exceptional results. This includes onboarding, developing, and retaining top Account Executives throughout the organization, and playing a crucial role in developing sales strategies for both their individual team and all sales teams across Rebuy.
What you’ll do

- Responsible for leading the Account Executives and creating a culture of excellence, integrity, and optimism where advisors accomplish more than they thought possible
- Provides strategic insights to the VP of Sales and other key leaders
- Coach and advise on best practices driving sales growth on both individual and team levels
- Owns the outcome of individual, team, and organizational goals and targets
- Runs functional leaders and other leadership programs designed and supported by the organization
- Holds advisors accountable for performance and rules of engagement standards
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Required experience and mindset
- 4 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of sales management experience in a sales environment
- ECommerce knowledge preferred
- Detail oriented with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of situational leadership principles
- Salesforce experience
- Strong track record of high performance and success in various fields and backgrounds
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
