Description
The Doubletree by Hilton is currently hiring a Lead Bartender/Restaurant Supervisor.
Responsibilities
The Lead Bartender/Restaurant Supervisor ensures a superior guest experience by efficiently supervising restaurant operations while maximizing hotel profitability.
• Principles and processes for providing customer service including needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Advanced knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
• Food and beverage products, preparation, handling, service techniques, and other food and beverage standard operating procedures
• Health codes, food sanitation, and safety practices
• Ability to meet quality standards for service and cleanliness
• Make decisions guided by SOPs
• Analyze activities and information to arrive at logical conclusions and recommendations
• Communicate clearly and concisely
• Adapt to constantly changing situations to ensure quality service to all guests
• Successfully lead and motivate staff
• Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a restaurant supervising position and or lead bartender
• Upbeat personality
• Guest oriented approach
