Job DescriptionCompany Description
We need someone who has worked with food processing in the past--in the manufacturing setting--not a restaurant.
We need them to be familiar with processes and protocols that must be in place in a food manufacturing environment to keep the food safe for consumption. In addition, we need this person to either have education or experience DESIGNING processes which will ensure the continued safety of the meat.
Experience required:
- Quality Inspection and Quality Control
- GMP
- Quality Assurance and Quality system
- Internal Audits
- Document Management
- Food Safety
Skills:
- Bilingual Spanish ( English)
- Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Initiative
- problem- solving skills
Education:
- Food Safety Education
