Job description

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:


As a Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer for Land & Air Systems, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for technology analysis and system engineering, leading towards revolutionary advancements in future military products related to tactical communications, and electronic warfare systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Statistical Signal Processing, Multi-rate Signal Processing, DSP for mitigating/processing RF effects. Exceptional candidates have work experience of algorithm development for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements utilizing techniques from Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications and Information Theory

What sets you apart:

  • Highly proficient in algorithm development, waveform simulation, and optimization of floating-point and fixed-point computations.
  • Skilled in conducting research and applied R&D, focusing on the modeling and implementation of communications and electronic warfare (EW) systems
  • Extensive technical experience in the areas of linear and non-linear signal processing, channel estimation, equalization, OFDM, LPI/LPD waveform synthesis and analysis
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing anti-jam systems with spatial beamforming-beam nulling.  AJ implementation of GNSS and AltNav preferred
  • Adept at implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions for signal detection and modulation 
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements
  • Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
