Food Production Associate
Location: Three Bakers, Moscow, PA
Position: Food Production Associate
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm
10 hour shift - 3 day weekend
Job Summary:
As a Food Production Associate at Three Bakers, you will support daily production operations in a fast-paced, gluten-free manufacturing environment. This role involves working with industrial mixers, and assisting on various production lines to help maintain consistent product quality and efficient workflow. Because we are a gluten-free facility, you must follow strict food safety, hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention procedures at all times. On-the-job training will be provided, but this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow processes closely, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active production setting while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and assist with industrial mixers and related production equipment
  • Follow production formulas and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support assembly line operations and maintain steady production flow
  • Conduct basic quality checks throughout the production process
  • Maintain accurate production and scaling documentation
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and hygiene standards, including gluten-free compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
  • Communicate with team members to support workflow and production goals

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift
