Description

Rosina Food Products is growing, and we’re looking for a strategic Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance to lead enterprise‑wide food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.

This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives in USDA‑regulated RTE environments and FDA environments and knows how to build strong food safety systems while leading high‑performing teams. You’ll oversee quality leaders across multiple plants, drive consistency across operations, and serve as a key voice in shaping Rosina’s long‑term food safety strategy.

If you’ve successfully led multi‑site food safety programs, managed regulatory audits, and know how to balance compliance with operational partnership—this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead food safety and quality programs across multiple manufacturing facilities
  • Oversee USDA, FDA, BRC, HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Lead and mentor site Quality Managers across all locations
  • Standardize food safety procedures, policies, and best practices company‑wide
  • Drive audit readiness for USDA, FDA, customer, and third‑party audits
  • Lead corrective action planning and root cause analysis for compliance issuesPartner closely with Operations, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership
  • Build food safety dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics for senior leadership
  • Support new product launches, process improvements, and operational growth initiatives
  • Develop future FSQA leaders through training, coaching, and succession planning
What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of progressive Food Safety/Quality leadership experience in RTE USDA‑regulated manufacturing environments and FDA environments required
  • Multi‑site leadership experience strongly preferred
  • HACCP certification required
  • PCQI certification preferred
  • Strong sanitation knowledge and regulatory expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field required
  • MBA preferred
