Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret shop prints and technical drawings
  • Assemble mechanical components to precise specifications
  • Troubleshoot and verify proper fit, function, and alignment of assemblies
  • Use measuring tools and mechanical aptitude to ensure quality craftsmanship
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Support production needs by performing additional duties as assigned
  • Collaborate closely with leads and other team members to meet production goals

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Indoor manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature variations
  • Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical power
  • Standing and walking on concrete floors for 8-10 hour shifts
  • Frequent bending, stooping, crawling, reaching, and climbing
  • Lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs independently; team lifting required for heavier loads
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety footwear

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, nuts, bolts, and equipment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and apply measurements with accuracy
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and team protocols
