As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, or conduct surveys.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Input customer data and update records in the company's database.
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures for call handling and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
