Role Overview

The Partner Success Manager oversees highly complex partner relationships, forming and expanding connections that drive growth. To achieve this, they will lead the onboarding and product education efforts with channel partners, develop and track strategic growth initiatives, and facilitate routine meetings to review progress and measure lifetime value, emphasizing revenue-generating proficiency of Nexben products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer requirements, anticipate future needs, and engage others relative to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Attend client events to enhance and expand relationships.
  • Conduct partner satisfaction/feedback forums to ensure partner satisfaction and improve customer experiences.
  • Develop and communicate data-driven recommendations for partners and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement an effective account planning strategy for assigned partner relationships to ensure product adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Develop communication cadence for assigned relationships, ensuring Nexben products and services support partner objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and report on partner growth and retention performance.
  • Directly manage highly complex partners, working to identify clear and measurable business objectives.
  • Internally communicate partnership plans and align relevant teams behind the initiatives.
  • Lead review meetings to continuously articulate the value of Nexben and partners' performance against goals and encourage adoption and expansion across the partner's organization.
  • Liaise with key departments to ensure core program objectives are being accomplished.
  • Manage pre- and post-client meeting tasks: preparation of meeting material, post-review meeting minutes, contract amendments, etc.
  • Proactively engage partners to ensure successful renewals, including opportunities for product expansion.
  • Proactively engage with partners through phone, email, video call, etc.
  • Review Nexben practices with partners to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and services.
  • Serves as an expert on Nexben product best practices, new regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings throughout the client service function.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Two to four years prior experience in customer relations, project management, sales, or training and education is preferred.
  • Ability to present complex material with confidence to a varied audience.
  • Knowledge of SAAS/technology support models is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer use and working with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
  • About 25 percent of travel is required.
