Service Coordinator

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

·         Determine and prioritize the urgency of each service request.

·         Manage and organize daily call lists with Service Technicians.

·         Keeps clients advised of all schedule changes and progress with daily communication of ongoing projects

·         Proactively creates monthly schedule of all preventative maintenance contracts. Provides follow up and quotes to clients for all deficiencies found.

·         Provide customer service with response to requests, inquires, and complaints. Provides solutions to each client with timely follow up and professional communication

·         Maintains accurate document record keeping and records ongoing notes for all installations, service calls, and inspections in Sedona database

·         Provide back up support to Installation department as needed.

·         Routine follow up on completed service requests.

·         Schedule service appointments for the technicians when required by client.

·         Documents and tracks all service work orders.

·         Monitor and research of daily/weekly reports issued by Central Monitoring Station.

·         Works closely with Central Monitoring Station.

·         Other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge Base, Skills, & Abilities:

·         Experience in the security alarm industry or a central monitoring station preferred.

·         Dispatching experience in a related industry preferred.

·         Excellent written & oral communication skills. Able to type at least 35 wpm.

·         Applicants must possess strong multi-tasking abilities.

·         Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs & database management.

·         Ability to remain calm and in control while handling emergency calls and escalations.

·         Knowledge or experience with commercial fire alarm systems

Benefits & Compensation:

$40k to $50k annually, paid hourly - DOE
