The B.E. Meyers & Co. Digital Content Producer will play a crucial role in elevating our brand's visual storytelling through the creation of compelling and engaging content. The successful candidate will be highly skilled with a proven track record of success in similar roles. This position requires a strong portfolio, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of the value of bringing our brand voice alive in social media.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, produce, and edit high-quality video and photography content that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. This includes product showcases, lifestyle shots, promotional videos, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute visual stories that captivate our target audience, effectively conveying the features and benefits of our products.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to generate social content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and narratives for various content pieces in support of visual storytelling.
• Manage the end-to-end process of video production, including pre-production planning, scriptwriting, shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing. Ensure that videos maintain a high standard of production value and visual appeal.
• Capture professional-grade product images, lifestyle shots, and other visual content to be used across various marketing channels, including website, social media, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure content consistency through brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across different platforms.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating photography and videography equipment, ensuring that all gear is in top operational condition.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to plan and execute content projects that support our marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in content creation, videography, and photography, integrating these insights into our content strategy.
• Assist in the distribution of content across various channels, optimizing content for social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
• Manage, Documents, and organize digital assets to include photo, video, audio, and graphic content libraries.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and photography with a strong portfolio showcasing past work and achievements. For this position, experience is everything.
• Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit original multimedia content for various social media platforms.
• Proficient in using professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
• Through a strong portfolio, we must see your demonstrated ability to bring creative concepts to life and tell compelling visual stories through video and photography.
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing content.
• Adaptability is key! The successful Creative Content Manager must be able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external resources as needed.
• Intellectual curiosity, in everything, particularly in our products and your craft. This is not a place for the apathetic!
• Must be an effective communicator with strong verbal and writing skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Bamboo HR skills a plus
• Proficient with standard MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
