Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Partner Enablement - Advanced Solutions to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our organization's Advanced Solutions strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, revenue leadership, training and enablement, supplier management, team leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Reporting Structure: The Director of Partner Enablement - Advanced Solutions will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Enablement and collaborate closely with other senior leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy meticulously aligned with the organization's objectives in close collaboration with each Advanced Solution Vice President. This encompasses but is not limited to, overseeing revenue programs associated with technology advisors and suppliers, ultimately driving growth in Active Selling Partners (ASPs) and activating non-selling partners.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and informative content in conjunction with the Advanced Solutions Vice Presidents to enable and empower the Telarus partner community. This includes developing training materials, product guides, best practice documentation, video tutorials, and thought leadership articles. These resources will be designed to educate partners on the latest Advanced Solutions offerings, equip them with practical knowledge and skills, and inspire them to leverage these solutions effectively.
  • Training and Adoption: Assist in developing comprehensive training programs and materials to facilitate the seamless adoption of Advanced Solutions tools and technologies across the Telarus partner community.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate closely with Advanced Solutions Vice Presidents to evaluate, select, and manage third-party products and services related to each technology practice area, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve project milestones and objectives efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure the success of Advanced Solutions strategies. Monitor and promptly resolve any issues that may impact Advanced Solutions initiatives and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate Advanced Solutions plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders within Telarus, fostering transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Have competency in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, demonstrating strong conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and diplomacy to facilitate productive collaboration and contribute to the success of the organization's Advanced Solutions initiatives.


Key Working Relationships:
  • Telarus Internal: Executive Management, Sales AVPs, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, International, Operations and Partner Support Managers, Supplier Management, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Account Management
  • External: Telarus National Partner Community, Supplier and Vendor communities


Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, product leadership, or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree required, marketing or business-related field preferred.
  • Demonstration of successful sales record
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • An innate drive for innovation and growth
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change


Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
