Job Description and Compensation Outline for Janitorial Quality Control Manager
Janitorial Quality Control Manager is to perform regular check-ins at all janitorial accounts to manage the scope of work, supplies, company policies, company practices, etc.
1. Perform physical quality control at various janitorial accounts each week. This includes in-house janitorial accounts, subcontracted accounts, and any sites subcontracted to other companies.
2. Verify scope is being met, including but not limited to:
a. Checking for buildup of dust/dirt and cobwebs in, on, and around corners, floors, baseboards, bathrooms, ceilings, light fixtures, exterior appliances, etc.
b. Verify garbage cans and lids are clean; no splatter on wall(s) around garbage cans.
c. Verify windows are being cleaned to standards; no streaks or smudges on glass, no dust buildup on window sills, verify periodic cleaning is taking place.
3. Verify equipment is being cleaned and maintained.
4. Check that janitor closets are being cleaned and kept organized.
5. Adequate supplies onsite.
6. Verify janitors are cleaning as trained.
7. Schedule is to be given by management each week of which janitorial sites will be walked. During daytime hours, call customer to verify scheduled visit.
8. Fill in for janitorial accounts as needed for additional compensation.
Compensation
The starting salary for Janitorial Quality Control is $650 per week.
- In the event that a janitor doesn’t perform their assigned tasks or scope, no clock in for time fixing complaints when they should have been taken care of during QC check.
This position has the opportunity for growth financially based on performance, and workload based on preference.
Access to company vehicle as needed based on locations of janitorial accounts.
