2D/3D Designer (Contract Position)

Reports to: Design Director/Creative Director

** REMOTE OPPORTUNITY **

Auctus Agency is a growing experiential marketing firm dedicated to creating legendary human experiences that activate and engage consumers. We manage brand experiences from coast-to-coast and city to city, with more than 50,000 brand engagement and brand activation professionals in more than 300 US media markets. Our past work includes effective, creative marketing experiences for brands like Sprint, H&R Block, Panda Express, and many more.

We are seeking a 2D/3D Designer (contract) who can help bring our clients’ brand experiences to life through visual design and help make their engagements truly legendary.

As a contract 2D/3D Designer, you will

  • Create work that addresses the clients’ project needs while resonating and connecting with their core audiences

  • Collaborate with account teams, creative director, and senior creative staff to deliver exceptional, legendary experiential and event design projects

  • Design event and experiential project elements - for example, mobile marketing, on-site, and pop-up experiences

  • Actively participate and contribute in collaborative settings as needed

  • Possess strong process skills to help sell creative ideas, including mood boards, floor plans, technical and materials specs, and 3D renderings

  • Present design concepts to clients via video, phone, or face-to-face

  • Ensure all work is on time, on budget, and on strategy

  • Participate in project kick-off/status meetings, creative brief development, client presentations, internal communications, site visits, and more

  • Be a source of positivity, inspiration, creativity, and fun

  • Be a team player in a very collaborative environment even though you are a contractor

  • Be flexible to deadline changes, scope changes, and after-hours work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field

  • 3-5 years of design experience

  • A portfolio that shows strategic and creative execution

  • Exceptional time management and ability to be self-directed

  • Exceptional project management skills - must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Top-notch written and verbal communications skills

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and other design software solutions

Additional Information:

This is a contract position with 5-25 hours per week. Compensation DOQ
