Job description

Visual Communications, Inc. (Visual) has helped its clients develop brand experiences for over 60 years. We design, engineer, fabricate and manage 3D environments for clients, large and small, in a wide array of industries.

We are looking for an experiential marketing professional with 2– 6 years background in creating unique experiential activations at different venues.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with our VP of Engagement and VP of Creative to develop and execute experiential ideas for trade shows
    and events
  • Familiarize yourself with clients’ brands, goals, budgets, etc. to provide solutions that will ensure success at a show
  • Provide budgets to implement ideas and manage the implementation from start to finish
  • Research experiential trends (including A/V, hospitality, AI, data-driven, art, promotional items etc.)
  • Work with design, engineering and graphics departments, as well as account teams and outside vendors to best communicate and sell concepts
  • Support Visual’s marketing efforts (award submissions, RFPs, ads, client presentations, internal events)


What we're looking for

  • Flexibility – oftentimes, needs change from day-to-day and so do the best
    laid plans. This is a roll-with-the-punches position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to ideate and develop unique concepts based on information given
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to help create visuals of conceptual ideas that help to sell the concept
  • Self-motivated and eager learner, desire to grow and develop with Visual
  • Experience and knowledge in PPT creation and writing copy is a plus
  • Trade show experience is a plus
  • Presentation skills and knowledge of a 3D program are plusses
