Human Resources Manager

Looking for a HR leader to champion organizational health while joining a collaborative management team. The HR manager position is a team of one so duties will cover the spectrum at least initially. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Candidates that have held Manager, Director or VP positions in previous organizations that can have an immediate impact on the organization are preferred. Our company values hard work and roll-up your sleeve attitude.

Credentials such as PFR, SPHR, SHRM, etc. is a strong plus.

About the Company:

Micro Quality Calibration was founded in 1978 and is an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-2005 Accredited Metrology laboratory specializing in calibration, repair, testing, First Article inspection and sales (162 lines) of precision measurement and test instruments (both In-house and On-site). MQC continues to be on the forefront of the Metrology industry in capabilities / disciplines offered to its customers.

• Team Member Management (Reviews, 90 Day Reviews, Write-ups, PIP's, etc.)

• Conduct performance management for employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
