Job Description

Join Digital Guru as a Service Operations Coordinator. This opportunity plays a crucial role in coordinating and prioritizing service requests from clients and ensuring timely resolution by dispatching technicians or support personnel as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for this role to help attain maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service so that they can be dispatched to the appropriate resource.

What you’ll do-

Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests.
Customer Service for both non-emergency and emergency dispatch issues reported by customers.
Pre-process service requests that arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input, determining the customer's issue and the urgency.
Schedule internal and field resources in the PSA system.
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
Ensure fast turnaround of customer requests to meet agreed service levels.
Responsible for entering time and product into PSA system as they occur.

Experience you’ll bring-

2 years of IT or customer service experience.
Basic computer and operating system knowledge.
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
BA/BS, preferably in computer science, business administration or a related field.
