Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Evaluate incoming digital assets from multiple pipelines for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Monitor production schedules and go-live timelines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Tag and organize digital assets to enhance searchability and support automation efforts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, document bugs, and contribute suggestions for feature improvements
  • Onboard and support users across departments-resolving access issues and offering training that drives adoption
  • Partner with content creators to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance with standards during DAM uploads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies across connected systems

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 3+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or a related field within media
  • Proficiency with Digital Asset Management systems; familiarity with Orange Logic is a plus
  • Understanding of metadata standards, file formats, and DAM best practices
  • Strong customer service mindset-responsive, solutions-oriented, and focused on DAM adoption
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management
  • Team-oriented communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for users
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and workflows
  • Passion for optimizing creative workflows and supporting content teams
  • Hybrid work schedule: 4 days per week in-office at our NYC headquarters

The base salary for this role is between $58,000 - $70,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
