Job Description

Designs, develops, manages, conducts and evaluates custom technical training materials, assessments and programs. Assists with cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Provides complete training, instruction and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks. Assists in the evaluation of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development and delivery for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
