Job Summary:
Join Allergan Data Labs' mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally. We're seeking a seasoned Pharmaceuticals LMS Training Specialist to enhance our Technical Product Support team.

Responsibilities:

• Focus primarily on training Contact Center Trainers on Allē platform features
• Develop talk tracks, knowledge articles, and instructional videos for contact center agents
• Serve as subject matter expert for Allē products and various user groups
• Conduct training sessions and workshops via in-person, virtual, and asynchronous delivery
• Design technical training programs to meet organizational needs, including objective setting and feedback mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather knowledge and create training resources
• Evaluate and update training programs for accuracy and effectiveness
• Maintain and update internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
• Experience in designing technical course content and utilizing modern training tools and techniques, including LMS
• Outstanding communication skills and comfort with public speaking
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Experience with support ticket management systems and messaging tools
• Proven ability in managing end-to-end documentation creation processes
