We are looking for an organized and professional Property and Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Exton office. In this role you will support the management of our portfolio of single-family homes and offer top notch customer service to our tenants. You will act as a liaison between tenants and other departments to ensure property maintenance, billing and unit turnovers are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and questions regarding leasing inquiries, schedule walkthroughs, and confirm prequalification of income & credit score for leads/applicants
  • Assist with the move in and move out processes according to best practices
  • Oversee maintenance scheduling and coordination
  • Reach out to tenants regarding renewals
  • Coordinate and liaise between maintenance technicians, vendors, and tenants to complete service requests
  • Follow up and follow through with evictions, delinquencies, and ejectments in accordance with best practices and local laws
  • Obtain rental, vacant, occupancy permits & maintain records of certifications
  • Any other projects designated by the Director of Real Estate.

 

Required Skills/Abilities (education, prior work experience, special skills, etc.)

  • 2+ years of experience in property management

  • Customer service oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to plan and monitor work according to priorities, deadlines and emergencies

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience with AppFolio is a huge plus

  • Create and enter bills as needed

  • Scheduling and triaging work orders based on priority and budget

  • Familiarity with basic residential maintenance troubleshooting

Salary range- $58,000 and up based on experience.
