Farmers Insurance Sales Producer/ Customer Service Rep.

Farmers Insurance is currently seeking candidates to fill positions as agency producers and customer service representatives. There are 4 vacancies available and the ideal candidate MUST possess a Property & Casualty and or Life & Health license or have SIGNIFICANT experience in the insurance industry. Positions are both Full-Time and Part-Time Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Hourly compensation ranges between $15-$20/hr plus commission depending on the candidate's prior industry experience.

One of the four vacancies is for our PROTEGE producer program which is a 12 month program in which the producer must write 100k in premium within 12 months and he/she will automatically qualify to become an agent and will be granted a book of business FREE of cost. The protégé candidate will still receive an hourly base plus commission throughout the program

We have positions in the following cities:

South Gate/ Pasadena/ Bellflower/ Orange

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• Insurance license or prior industry experience required
