What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will:
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  • Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
  • Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews.
  • Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to build your knowledge and skills.
  • Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry updates.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
  • Collaborate with your team to support agency growth and deliver an outstanding client experience.

  • Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals.

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
