Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach insurance sales producers to achieve monthly production goals
  • Conduct daily sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and accountability meetings
  • Monitor sales activity, close ratios, and KPI performance
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new producers
  • Help improve sales processes, scripts, and objection handling
  • Drive growth in personal lines, commercial insurance, and life insurance
  • Motivate team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Maintain a positive, competitive, and growth-focused sales culture
  • Work closely with agency leadership to achieve agency goals
  • Assist with sales activity and client relationships when needed

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License preferred willing to train licensing assistance available
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership or management experience
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing KPIs, pipelines, and accountability
  • Ability to recruit, interview, and onboard talent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Competitive mindset with a positive attitude
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Life & Health License is a plus
