Peak Insurance Agency in Westminster, CO, is looking for a motivated, dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Farmers Insurance Sales Rep. No previous experience? No problem!


If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance coverage solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and community engagement.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with account managers and underwriting teams to ensure accurate policy placement and service.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review coverage needs and provide policy updates.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the companys CRM system.

Requirements
  • Have or be willing to obtain Active Property & Casualty Insurance License; licensing assistance available - initial 30-day access to the licensing course.
  • Be willing to obtain Life and Health insurance license within six months after hire - licensing assistance is available
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
