Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager (Experienced)
Local Candidates Only – Within 15 Miles of Office - GREAT LOCATION!!!

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

As a key member of our team, you will support our personal lines clients by managing policy servicing, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements and customer change requests accurately and efficiently
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Handle incoming claim calls and provide guidance to customers
• Review, bind, and service personal lines policies
• Accept and process premium payments
• Document all client interactions within the agency management system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance customer coverage
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for all clients—both in person and over the phone

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Insurance industry experience is required
• Must have prior experience working with at least two of the following carriers: Mercury Insurance, Safeco Insurance, or Progressive
• Experience using an Agency Management System
• Must reside within 15 miles of the office
