Build business by aggressively developing newaccounts and driving therapy adoption of VenaSeal and Closure System productportfolio across the continuum of care for Venous Disease. Practice good, ethical territory managementin terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning andcontrol.

Train medical staff on productsand procedures. Meet expectations asdefined by Sales Management. **A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** Planning/Results Orientation: + Consistently meet and exceed AOP, salesbudget and account development targets (QoQ and YoY) + Develops and executes accurate andon-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives + Sales prospecting to includeGeneral/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, InterventionalCardiologists and other MDs treating venous disease + Identify opportunities within currentand new customer base; develop and implement sales strategies to drive businessgrowth and account penetration to include hospitals, surgery centers andphysician offices as appropriate + Leverage TAP programs and CVGCollaboration opportunities to drive business growth + Strategically leverage the full productportfolio to maximize sales and share performance + Monitors key market trends and competitivemarket information and informs sales management of relevant data/changes + Ensure maximum coverage of all accountswithin territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure,effective time management and territory coverage efficiency + Effectively manage expenses to drivebusiness growth and adhere to company policies and procedures + Adheres to financial, regulatory,quality compliance standards and requirements Influence and Selling: + Identify, establish and maintainproductive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and theirstaff, administrators, etc.

that drive business and therapy adoption + Drives value in accounts throughdisciplined pricing resulting in strong ASPs + Effectively uses contracts and GeneratorUtilization agreements to drive high compliance and pull through of allproducts. + Leverage APV, Corporate Accounts, andCVG partnerships to capitalize on partnership and contracting opportunities + Probes to understand and confirmcustomer needs, effectively engages and overcomes customer objections + Effectively plans and educates referralchannels to drive expected outcomes + Effectively builds consensus, gainsappropriate commitments and closes business + Plan and implement effectivesales/product presentations to customers + Maintain and expand existing business;develop new business opportunities + Represent company at industryconferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gainsales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product range + Develop and implement strategies tocounter competitors Customer Service: + Educates customers to ensure thatproducts and features are understood and used effectively + Respond to customer requests and resolvecomplaints in a prompt and effective manner + Effective use of OMA budgets + Effectively plans cases with physicians,manages their expectations and improves outcomes when supporting cases + Engages physicians in clinicalconversations about advantages of the EndoVenous products + Conducts all business with customers ina manner that adheres to ethics compliance guidelines and FDArequirements Communication: + Work with internal functions (marketing,customer service, finance, etc.) to meet targets (ie. Inventory managementaudits, customer service protocols, etc.) + Communicate marketintelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads,information regarding product pricing or account activity to District SalesManager and other appropriate company personnel + Contribute to the development of astrong team effort Self-Development and Product Knowledge: + Develop and maintain comprehensivetechnical/clinical knowledge and capabilities + Recognize and understand competitiveproducts, features, strengths in relation to the company's products + Participate in product and skillsdevelopment programs, managing own self development + Maintain strong ongoing knowledge of thereimbursement landscape **MUSTHAVE: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:** _INORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME_ + Bachelor's degree + 3 years medical sales experience (selling physicianpreference products) in hospital or specialty clinic environment or 2 years ofMedtronic Clinical Specialist experience **NICETO HAVE: DESIRED/PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:** + Sales experience in medical devices,capital equipment sales, surgical sales and/or pharmaceuticals + Degree in biological science or businesspreferred + Must be able to meet hospital vendorcompliance requirements + Business to business sales experience **Knowledge andSkills:** + Knowledge and experience in operatingroom, hospital, and physician's office protocol/conduct + Excellent verbal and listening skills + Ability to teach and educate medicalpersonnel, peers and technical support personnel + Demonstrated ability to work independentlyand drive results + Presentation skills + Business planning skills + Computer PC literate + Demonstrated ability to embrace the useof technology and applications (ie.
