Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions - this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:  

Primary job function is answering inbound calls 

o Provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and claims for their Ambetter insurance 

Various off phone projects

o Checking provider voicemails

o Responding to email inquiries and secured portal messages

o Investigating claim issues and following up with billing offices

o Requesting EOBs


Hours for this Position:

Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm

Start Date: 11/10 with 3 weeks of Call Center training

High School Diploma
