Home Care Sales Representative

If you enjoy meeting people, building genuine relationships, and being active in the local community, this could be a great fit for you.  As a Home Care Sales Representative with Interim HealthCare, you’ll connect seniors and their families with trusted in-home care services while creating meaningful relationships throughout the community. 

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, easy to talk to, and naturally enjoys connecting with others. This role is less about “hard sales” and more about building trust, supporting families, and becoming a familiar, reliable presence within the local senior care community. You’ll work closely with hospitals, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, social workers, local organizations, and families to help ensure seniors receive the care and support they need.

As a Home Care Sales Representative, here’s what you’ll do :

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to maximize referral opportunities in the local market
  • Leverage your network and build strong relationships with referral sources, including senior living communities, hospitals, rehabs, elder law attorneys, insurance providers, financial planners, hospice, and Medicare home health agencies
  • Conduct engaging presentations to community groups and referral partners about Interim HealthCare’s services
  • Track, report, and review sales activity using the company’s contact management system
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive growth strategies and support business development initiatives
  • Contribute to overall business success by completing additional marketing and sales assignments as needed

A few must-haves for our Home Care Sales Representative:

  • Strong local network and familiarity with the Gainesville / NE Georgia healthcare and senior care market strongly preferred
  • Home care industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience and training
  • Three (3) or more years of successful sales experience with comparable customers
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel locally and maintain a weekly call schedule
