Position Summary:
America’s Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Home Health Marketer to grow our presence throughout the Reading and Allentown territory. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building connections, developing referral partnerships, and promoting high-quality home health services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in the Reading/Allentown market
  • Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home care marketing MUST HAVE
