Job Description

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing support to sales team and responding to a high-volume of service inquiries.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assisting employer group and individual client inquiries, requests, and questions.
Processing new enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Processing of claims, waiver of premiums and retiree transfers.
Processing monthly invoices.
Collecting and applying payments.
Speak with clients on billing and policy questions.
Making premium adjustments according to the invoices.
Updating billing and enrollment system with enrollee changes and terminations.
Set-up clients and maintain them in the online systems.

Proactive and responsive.
Ability to manage client expectations.
Confident and demonstrates a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Education and Experience:

Minimum of two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM.
Able to quickly learn new software programs.

Physical Requirements:

Experience:

Insurance and account management: 2 years (Required).

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jacksonville, FL 32256: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
Monday - Friday in office.
