Job Description

KK Corp is a restaurant management corporation that owns and operates 50 + Subway restaurants in Houston Texas.

We have a growing company as well as team and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Payroll Speacialist.

We provide great training and each staff gets their own private area in our office.

Position: Sr. Payroll Cordinator

Responsibility:

Handle Restaurants complete payroll steps/procedures
Compare actual clock ins with schedules
Review schedules on our online Platform
Correctly analyze total hours worked by employees and enter into QuickBooks Payroll System.
Analyze and keep track of Payroll Texas and all employee benefits
Enter weekly sales and data information into weekly reports file on excel
Correctly receive and analyze employee information
Enter, modify and prepare bonus file

Qualifications:

MUST have knowledge of EXCEL
Skills in Payroll Processing
MUST speak Spanish
