Vice President & COO of Restaurant Operations

Fairfax, Virginia

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an exceptional restaurant operations leader to advance their career.

The client is looking for a senior level operations executive to spearhead their restaurant division.

Recent expansion and acquisitions present exciting opportunities for a qualified, senior level Vice President/COO candidate.

The potential to advance quickly into a COO role is realistic.

This role will require relevant experience at the VP Ops level or possibly Senior Director of Operations.

Candidates will need to have diverse brand experience including chef driven, full service/ bar concepts.

This is a unique, senior level role and will candidates will be required to have demonstrated career progression, tenure, and subordinate development.

Tangible metrics will include sales growth, new concepts, new openings, P&L and vision.

Revenue experience required above $75M
