Job Description
Experienced Administrative Assistant Needed for Midtown-Based Company

We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to a Director and their sales closing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, advanced proficiency in technology, particularly with MS Office suite, and demonstrate initiative as a self-starter capable of independently managing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales closing team in managing contracts and documents.
• Facilitate the acquisition of missing documents and information necessary for closing files and contracts.
• Maintain and manage the team’s PTO calendar.
• Provide support to the Department Director in calendar management and organizational tasks.
• Perform standard clerical and administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing both physical and electronic files.
• Professionally handle incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
• Strong calendar management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an administrative field (preferred, though not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook 365, and MS Teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
