Job Description

What You'll Do:

As a Talent Coordinator, you will support the full life-cycle recruiting process to identify, recruit and hire quality talent throughout the CBMW footprint. Location TBD based on business need and candidate preference. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build, monitor, track, and manage a consistent pipeline of candidates and ensure EEO compliance to support a diverse, inclusive workforce.
  • Work with third party vendors to monitor assessment, testing, and results.
  • Work with other business units to throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure appropriate volume and quality of applicants.
  • Communicate with candidates to deliver a legendary experience.
  • Monitor and track hiring trends and consult with the HR Director regarding proactive strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline; make recommendations for continuous improvement and continuous development based on trend analysis.
  • Coordinate and engage with business partners through job fairs, interview events and training.
  • Interface with the Applicant Tracking System, Cloud based employee files and ADP/HRIS

Requirements

You've Got This:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Recruiting and/or Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and HR principles.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to use discretion and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Task oriented, highly organized, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and function in a fast-paced environment is key.


And This Would be a Bonus:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably ADP Recruitment Manager).
  • Previous experience with salary administration systems a plus.
