PAY RATE: $18

HOURS: Training will be Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm. After training part time schedule will be assigned.

• Candidates must available/flexible to work between the hours of 9:30-4:00pm for 5 hour shifts, 5 days per week Mon-Fri. Must be available to work Holidays, if needed.

Remote to start. Will return onsite when offices re-open.

Summary: The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Fast Typing
• Healthcare office experience
• Communication skills
• Microsoft office experience
