Job description

Do you love helping people? Do you enjoy talking and interacting on the phone?

Representatives at Execucom are responsible for providing superior phone-based support for a variety of customers. Our representatives are the first point of contact for customer issues and are responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls and taking appropriate action for each call. Answering simple questions about clients' businesses, using reference files.
  • Inputting data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated. Proofreading documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
  • Conferring with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • We are interested in hiring people for full-time overnight shift which is anytime between 7pm and 7am.

Please note this job is not remote, and all hours will be performed onsite at our call center in Manchester, NH.
