Job Description

Viewstream Staffing is seeking a Vice President, Marketing & Communications for our client, an organization serving individuals and families with developmental disabilities. You will oversee our client and its family of companies (FOC) Marcom efforts in support of the long-term strategic direction of the organization. As a key leader, the VP will leverage their experience and expertise to lead the function as a shared service with high stakeholder satisfaction and ROI. Central to this is leading performance-driven marketing campaigns, building affinity through external comms, and supporting employee engagement through inclusive internal comms. This role will be responsible for ensuring all work is on brand, accurate, inclusive, creative, measurable and aligned to the organization’s vision, values, strategy and goals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, an ROI mindset and a successful track record for taking a creative and data-driven approach to Marcom, understanding how storytelling and content come to life across all channels – in traditional and non-traditional ways. The VP will execute multiple high impact initiatives simultaneously, operating collaboratively within the matrixed structure to deliver overall organizational goals. This is a highly cross-functional, strategic and hands-on role managing the day-to-day Marcom efforts, while not losing sight of the big picture.

This is a remote role but candidates must be available to travel to the Bay Area twice per month for in-person leadership meetings.
