Position Summary

Immerse Growth Network (IGN)  is looking for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for driving qualified leads who engage in IGN products and services that convert into customers. Duties will include managing the marketing value propositions across our companies, products and services. You’ll manage our content strategy, brand messaging and value proposition, marketing and PR calendar, and distribution plans across social media, email, podcasts, videos, media relations, and conferences.  You’ll manage and give direction to our creative designers, web designers, videographers, and agency relations.  Your responsibilities will include managing a calendar of marketing plans, reporting results, and delivering on new qualified lead KPIs. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the marketing process and dynamics, and also have superb interpersonal skills.  Previous experience in a marketing, lead generation and social media management is a must. This is currently a remote job opportunity and will require working with customers in multiple time zones including North America and Europe. IGN provides and requires its team members to participate in daily training that will continue to build and improve your skillset and mindset.

Objectives:

  • Maximize sales opportunities by driving qualified leads with potential new customers and existing customers for our products and services which include memberships, sponsorships, and tickets to our workshops and conferences.

  • Hosting and managing virtual presentations and workshops that engage prospects and convert into new customers. 

  • You will drive a pipeline of qualified prospects and be able to integrate those leads into our company CRM system and perform a daily review of leads and lead sources.

  • Ensure that an automated and manual follow-up process is in place via email, social media and other channels as needed to generate new leads, and follow up with existing leads.

  • Sell out our events and workshops each month with the sales team.

  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly lead targets.

  • Be a contributing member of the Marketing Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

  • Communicate IGN’s value proposition to all customers and prospective customers.

  • Have a strong desire to excel in a marketing and sales-driven environment.

Education & Experience:

  • College Graduate

  • 6-8 years work experience in marketing and lead generation programs, ideally for conferences, events or training programs, and media sponsorship programs;

  • Strong presentation skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • This position will require travel - up to 10%

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year plus bonuses

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
