Client Care Manager

Visiting Angels is seeking a Client Care Manager to join our team! Reporting to our Client Care Director in Daphne, you will be responsible for continuing the development of our Mobile County business. Your marketing experience, community relationships and management skills will continue to grow Visiting Angels' level of service to our senior community.

Preferably established in the Healthcare community, the ideal candidate will have experience in the geriatric field, proven marketing experience and relationships and a deep love for our seniors and the professional care they deserve. The ideal candidate will receive a total compensation package that ranges between $55,000 and $75,000 annually. Additional benefits include a weekly fuel allowance, monthly mobile phone allowance and medical coverage. Salary range based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client assessments and client in-take processes
• Market to an established referral network
• On call rotation one weekend a month
• Manage Scheduling and Recruiting
• Maintain a high profile within the community as an ambassador for Visiting Angels
• Continually advance your geriatric skills relative to related disciplines (re: Dementia, Alzheimer, etc.)

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Private Duty, Hospice, Home Health or related fields
• Proven track record Marketing within the South Baldwin Community
• Experience managing an office staff and human resource related topics
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
