Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a related Business field. Masters in HR a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience as an HR Manager in a high-performance ISO or world class manufacturing environment.
- Applicable knowledge of California Labor Laws.
- Experience with Safety Program administration.
- Hands-on Safety experience.
- High employee engagement.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Bilingualism in Spanish required.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus.
- Leadership style should be hands-on, self-starter, open to collaboration.
