Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in resolving account issues.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers regarding billing and product inquiries
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
Qualifications:
- Team-player who can also work independently
- Keen eye for detail
- Basic understanding of Microsoft
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Motivated and friendly
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
