Job Description

Assisted living facility in Howard County is looking for an individual with the desire, motivation and ability to train to become an Assisted Living Manager. We are looking for an energetic, self motivated person who is able to work independently, with good organizational and communication skills. If you enjoy solving problems and feel you can learn to become a manager, this could be the right job for you. The right candidate will work as a caregiver while training to become a manager.

It would be helpful, but not mandatory, if you have the following skills and training:

-Passion for caring for elders
-Kindness and confidence
-Strong work ethic and dedication
-Current MD CNA Certification
-Current CPR certification

-Current physical and PPD or Chest x-ray
-Employment Eligibility Documents
-Reliable Transportation (Personal vehicle, valid MD Driver's License)
