Care Coordinator, Apostrophe

Apostrophe is seeking an exceptional Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is always considering how to provide the best care. You are a detailed oriented individual that enjoys problem solving. In downtime you are looking to create more efficiencies and solutions as a team. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Answering patient queries via internal messaging and email
• Working with patients to provide affordable treatment solutions tailored to their individual needs
• Process incoming communication, including pharmacy refill requests and treatment compliance
• Resolving patient logistics and billing issues

Experience & Skills: 

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience (2+ Years of Exp.)
• A strong command of the English language with meticulously good grammar
• Experience with basic functionality of spreadsheets and Google Apps (Drive, Calendar, Excel)
• Technology-oriented and comfortable using web tools and resources
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with patients and other parties on the phone
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about healthcare and dermatology
• Experience working with a telemedicine start-up a plus!
