Job Description Summary

As the Enterprise Client Director - National Accounts, you will be responsible for GE HealthCare's overall relationship and performance with Advent Health, a large, faith-based Healthcare Provider with a presence in multiple states. You will lead, own, coordinate, and influence all commercial activity and be responsible for partnering with each GE HealthCare segment to ensure client success & satisfaction. This position will require significant levels of interaction & influence with senior clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders and decision-makers so the individual must have deep understanding of how a large national healthcare provider functions and makes decisions. The role will also require a significant amount of indirect leadership & influence of GE HealthCare employees that support Advent Health nationally - both commercially and operationally.

Job Description Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE' HealthCare's relationship with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE HealthCare. Drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a 1-3-year plan; develop and execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategy across the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; and lead the account team. Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college and 8 years experience in medical device sales. Large IDN/National Account Relationships, specifically within Advent Health Experience managing large portfolios across multiple product lines. Imaging, Patient Monitoring or Ultrasound experience is preferred.
