Advent Health Counseling Center is actively seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This full-time, remote role allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while providing vital support to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Work Environment

This position operates in a primarily remote setting, which allows for effective work-life balance while engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office provides a supportive backdrop for clinicians to collaborate when necessary. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring consistency and accessibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address the specific needs of each client.
  • Implement comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying areas of need and development.
  • Draft and maintain personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, employing established protocols to ensure client safety and stability.
  • Deliver educational resources and psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health topics.
  • Maintain accurate client records that comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that supports client progress.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varying backgrounds and with different levels of mental health needs. You will empower clients who may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
