Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to address diverse mental health concerns.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying their unique needs and creating comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Implement personalized treatment strategies based on therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation, ensuring they receive individualized attention and care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, utilizing sound judgment and experience to guide clients through acute distress.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, offering resources and tools to foster understanding and support.
  • Maintain secure, accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical codes, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.
