Restaurant Local Operating Partner

The Local Operating Partner operates his/her store, develops team members, and grows the business with support from our Base Team. This is a profit-sharing position, so growth is limitless.

Roles and Responsibilities

• The LOP is to be a positive representative of gusto! and is responsible for operating the business in a responsible manner on behalf of gusto!
• Position is a “hands-on” and “day to day” role
• LOP is expected to be working full time in and on the business
• 24/7 responsibility of entire business and operation, within parameters to be discussed
• Stewardship of all assets and lives that are entrusted to him/her
• Adherence and compliance with all gusto! brand standards
• Brand protection and growth
• Regular sales and profit growth
• Recruiting, hiring, disciplining, and firing of own team in compliance with all applicable laws
• Establishing and maintaining the store’s leadership team and structure
• Local community engagement and marketing
• Enforcing all safety, food safety, and quality standards
• Ordering of all supplies and product needed to operate business, and maintaining inventory
• Team Member and Leadership development
• Building a strong workplace culture and working on high retention
