Job description

Position: Roofing Restoration Sales Representative (Commission Only)
• $100,000 - $250,000 realistic first-year earnings
Location: Hiring for territories in multiple cities across WV, VA, NJ, NC, MD
Overview:
Our client is one of the fastest growing restoration roofing companies in the Mid Atlantic. They help homeowners work with their insurance companies to get their storm damaged roof fully paid for and replaced for only the cost of their deductible.
What You Will Do:
• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Identify potential roofing damage and educate homeowners on their options
• Set up roof inspections for qualified properties
• Work closely with a mentor and production team throughout the process
• Build your own pipeline of insurance approved projects
Requirements:
• Some sales experience such as door to door, in home, solar, roofing, or hospitality
• Comfort with commission only compensation
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Ability to pass a basic background check
Schedule
• Primarily Monday through Friday 10am-6PM (Occasional weekends)
Compensation
• 100 percent commission
• Tiered commission structure up to 50 percent
• Uncapped commission, every deal is YOUR deal
• Commission advances available so you do not wait months to get paid
• Strong new reps can reasonably expect to earn around $4,000 in their first month based on
advances and early production
Revenue-Based Sales Incentives
• 4 fully paid trips within the United States
• Rolex prizes and $25,000 truck prize for annual sales competitions
• $50,000 paid 3-week trip to Europe for you and a plus one
