ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Global Product Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for the Kaye product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, customer engagement, and global market expansion.

This is more than a traditional product management role. You will play a key role in shaping long-term business strategy, developing global partnerships, expanding market share, and positioning Kaye as the leader in thermal validation and monitoring solutions worldwide

The ideal candidate will reside near our Billerica, Massachusetts office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Drive Global Growth Strategy
  • Lead global market assessments and identify new growth opportunities across Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, Medical, and Food markets
  • Develop multi-year business development strategies focused on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Analyze competitive positioning and define strategies that differentiate Amphenol Kaye in the market
Build Strategic Partnerships
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, and strategic alliances
  • Expand market access through partnerships and commercial initiatives
  • Lead customer-facing discussions, proposals, negotiations, and business development activities
Lead Commercial & Product Initiatives
  • Support global sales teams with technical and commercial expertise
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive successful go-to-market execution
  • Help shape future product strategy aligned with IoT, wireless, digital monitoring, and data-hosting trends
Influence the Future of Validation Services
  • Support the expansion of validation lifecycle services and mapping solutions
  • Contribute to business models involving subscription services, hosted data solutions, and recurring revenue streams
  • Represent Amphenol Kaye at industry conferences, customer meetings, and trade events globally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, business development, marketing, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences markets
  • Proven success driving profitable growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansion
  • Experience developing executive-level business cases, presentations, and strategic roadmaps
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiations and growth planning
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively across a global, cross-functional organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and strategically
  • Domestic and International travel is required as needed
