Job description

Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Product Development Specialist to support and execute the full product lifecycle from concept to launch across skincare and color cosmetics.
This is a practical execution-focused role for someone who can manage day-to-day product development processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, and ensure products move efficiently from idea to market.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who understands beauty product development, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable handling real execution - including formula samples, packaging updates, timelines, testing coordination, launch preparation, and post-launch follow-up.
This is not a strategy-only role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable owning real tasks, solving practical issues quickly, and driving products from development to shelf.
Job Description:
The Product Specialist is responsible for contributing to the product lifecycle, from in-depth market analysis and competitive research to managing specific product lines through the development cycle. This role involves tasks such as collaborating with vendors to ensure product specifications are met and preparing reports on product performance and market trends. • Support label copy checks, ingredient lists, and packaging accuracy
  • Ensure all launch assets are accurate and aligned with internal requirements
  • Track deadlines for registration or compliance-related deliverables when required
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning teams
  • Ensure packaging, claims, and launch timing align with go-to-market needs
  • Help bridge communication between product, design, and operations teams
  • Support product presentations, launch kits, and retailer/customer requests
5. Market & Product Research Support
  • Monitor beauty trends, competitor launches, ingredients, and packaging ideas
  • Support concept development through product benchmarking and trend research
  • Help identify innovation opportunities based on market trends and internal needs
